Try having 6 small meals a day, approximately once every 2 hours. That way you will not go hungry, and still have energy to work out and go about your day.

Wear items of clothing that emphasise your waist, such as A-line dresses or waist-cinching belts. Avoid low-rise jeans at all costs, as they can create a muffin-top.

Once you start wearing shaping undergarments, chances are you will never stop. They can model your body beautifully and give you that slim waist effect in a matter of seconds!
Change Your Diet
A diet is super important, not only for your health, but also for your body. You should cut all the processed foods (or most of them, at least) as they are high in sugar and starch. Try eating fiber-rich foods, whole grains, fruits and veggies. You could even talk to a nutritionist to find a healthy diet tailored to you!
Avoid Sipping Through Straws
